This lens pouches are made of neoprene, the same material used to protect scuba divers from the harsh sea. This neoprene lens pouch is very soft and elastic, but durable to hold and protect your lens.

I purchased one of each size of these neoprene lens pouches, and overall I am pleased. I have a good-sized collection of pentax lenses that I use for Canon, and of course since they were not purchased new the cases have long since been lost. While I do have a camera bag, sometimes all you need is a couple of lenses and it's just not convenient to lug the big thing around!
PROS
- They are quite well made for the price
- Neoprene provides good protection
- Clip on smaller pouches hold weight well
CONS
- Design is not the best
- Clip will not support large lenses on larger pouches
Overall as I said I am quite pleased with these, and although I have since moved on to primarily using several Lowepro Lens Case 9 x 13 cm (Black), these remain in my possession and in backup use. The reason I switched is because I much prefer Lowepro's sturdy design, with a flap that fixes over the top, as supposed to the drawstring mechanism on these pouches. That said, you do pay almost double for Lowepro, so there are drawbacks there to. I do not trust the clips on these pouches for larger lenses - I would suggest avoiding using the clip for your heavier zooms.
Overall they are a cost-effective way to add extra protection to those expensive lenses!
for the price this pouch is awesome! my canon ef-s 55-250mm lens with the hood on backwards fits perfectly!
thick padding and the clip attaches to a belt loop so the lens is within easy reach when i need it.
